Recently, I’ve been pondering the question of what is a fair KPI for good documentation? How do we know that our documentation is actually solving our users’ problems?
Last week I’ve stumbled across the Orbit model, which uses metrics to measure a community, but didn’t go into too much detail about documentation.
I’m going to keep it short and end with a question- how does your team or company measure the effectiveness of your documentation? What are some industry tricks and tips we should be aware of?
